1. Acceptance

By using the Simpli Fresh website and placing orders, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Orders & pricing

Prices, menu items, and availability may change without notice.
We do our best to keep item descriptions and photos accurate; actual products may vary.
An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation. Catering orders may be subject to caterer acceptance before they are finalized.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. For catering, we may authorize your payment when you place the order and capture it once the order is accepted. You authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and fees.

4. Cancellations, changes & refunds

Contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel an order; catering orders often require advance notice due to preparation.
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order (for example, if we can’t fulfill it), in which case you won’t be charged or will be refunded.

5. Delivery & pickup

Delivery is available within our service areas and may include a fee. Please provide accurate address and contact details. Someone should be available to receive catering deliveries at the scheduled time.

6. Food, allergens & safety

Our food is prepared in kitchens that also handle common allergens, including nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, wheat/gluten, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee any item is free from allergens. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please contact us before ordering.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access. Content on this site is owned by Simpli Fresh and may not be copied without permission.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The site and services are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site or our products.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law rules.
