Simpli Fresh started with one stubborn belief: the food that's good for you should be the food you crave. Global flavors, house-made sauces, and bowls generous enough to share — built by people who genuinely light up when a regular walks in.
That passion carried us from one flagship on Platt Road to serving the University of Michigan community at Pierpont Commons and Maizie's. Three kitchens, one obsession: real food, real flavor, real love.
